Welcome to Dasa Bali Transport. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, dasabalitransport.com, and our transportation services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide private car charters, airport transfers, and tour packages across Bali. All services are subject to availability and are conducted by our licensed, experienced drivers.

2. Booking and Confirmations

  • You can make bookings through our website, WhatsApp, or email.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from our team.
  • Please ensure all booking details (date, time, location, passenger count) are accurate.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • We quote prices in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
  • What’s Included: Prices typically cover the car rental, driver services, and fuel (unless a custom package specifies otherwise).
  • What’s Excluded: Parking fees, tolls, attraction entrance tickets, and personal expenses (meals, tips) are usually not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Payment Methods: You can pay in cash directly to the driver or via a pre-agreed bank transfer or online payment method.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before or a No-Show: A cancellation fee applies (up to 50% or 100% of the total price, depending on the service type).

5. Passenger Conduct and Safety

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
  • Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are not permitted.
  • We expect passengers to behave respectfully toward our driver and other road users.
  • Dasa Bali Transport reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated or behaves in a manner that compromises safety.

6. Liability Waiver

While we strive to provide the safest service possible, Dasa Bali Transport is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events beyond our control.
  • Personal injuries sustained during activities outside the vehicle (at tourist attractions, etc.).

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters), war, or government-imposed travel restrictions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all bookings made after the update.
